RETURN POLICY

Dream Vision Sound's Return policy explained

We only accept returns on incorrect or faulty items.  We will pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item in order to make this claim.  After this time it will need to be lodged as a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

 

Shipping of faulty or Warranty items back to Dream Vision Sound will be incurred by the customer. Items must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without previous return authorisation, so please do not return any items without first contacting us.

 

If you elect to have a refund instead you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply contact us and we will notify you via e-mail about your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR WRONG CHOICE OR CHANGE OF MIND.  WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY IF WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER.
